In the Musashino area, in particular, HOUSING OKURA has developed independent housing projects, from land development through to housing construction. It has been more than 30 years since the first housing project. The houses are still beloved in their local communities.

1988 : Establishment of HOUSING OKURA

1990 : Commencement of the housing business in Maezawa, Kurume, Tokyo

2000 : Development and sales of Forest Town Jindaiji

2001 : Development of a designer’s apartment Modulor Toritsukasei

In 2001, we commenced the development of urban-type RC apartments in the Modulor Series. The pioneering development of design apartments commoditized apartments that are excellent in design.

2009 : Development of an urban-type designer’s apartment LAPiS Harajuku

The LAPiS Series was released as a sophisticated variation of the Modulor Series in selected development areas. The development of the series brought about quality apartments based on state-of-the-art construction technologies.

2019 : Completion of Gran Ebisu

2020 : Completion of HOUSING OKURA Head Office Bldg.

For further growth, OKURA Bldg. (Koganei; total floor area: 2,131.58m²) was developed as the embodiment of our know-how accumulated over 30 years.We also acquired Gran Ebisu (Shibuya; total floor area 1681.34m²).
